The short version
last updated: 2026-07-09
Waveback isn't launched yet. The only thing that exists right now is a waitlist, so this page is short because there is genuinely not much to tell.
When you join the waitlist: your email address and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. That's the whole list. No account, no profile, no location, no tracking pixel in the emails.
Emailing you about Waveback - your invite when your wave opens, and occasional progress updates. Nothing else. We never sell or share your address, and we don't use it to find you on other platforms.
Waitlist emails are stored with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, a French company) on servers inside the EU, and deleted once the waitlist ends. Brevo processes the data on Waveback's behalf as a data processor under EU privacy law.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing deletes your address from the list - it doesn't park you on a "suppressed" pile we keep forever. You can also just reply and say "delete me," and a human will.
Waveback is built in the EU, under EU privacy law. You can ask what we hold about you (it will be one email address), ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Same channel: reply to any Waveback email.
This site sets no cookies and runs no ad trackers. We count visits with GoatCounter - cookieless, aggregate-only analytics that records a pageview, not a person: no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, and no personal data stored. It exists so a signup number has a denominator - nothing more.
